Ingredients:
1 red onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 avocado
Sprouts – we grown our own! But you can get these from the fresh produce area in supermarket.
Toast or sourdough – our favs are Vogels or Better Bread!
Pickled onion – Mix everything together really well.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before using.
Drain liquid before using.
Will keep in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Toast bread & lather with half an avo.
Pop on a small bed of sprouts and top with a pop of pink pickled onion.
Pepper to finish.
