Method
To a pan add the millet + water. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 10mins.
Meanwhile, heat a pan + add some water. Add the broccoli florets and cook until nicely charred.
In a small bowl, add all ingredients for the dressing. Mix well to combine.
In a large bowl, add the millet + dressing and mix. Add the broccoli, almonds, avocado + coriander.
