½ Cucumber (large)
½ Avocado (mashed)
170 grams Smoked Salmon
1 tsp Capers
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Slice cucumber into 1/4-inch thick rounds
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork
Top the cucumber with mashed avocado, smoked salmon, capers and sea salt. Serve and enjoy!
