Ingredients:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup oat or nut milk
1/2 ripe avocado
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp almond butter
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until super smooth and creamy. Great as a snack or you can create a smoothie bowl, by adding all your favourite toppings! We love granola, nut butter, fresh fruit + goji berries.
