Raspberry Avocado Ice-Cream

This beautiful thick creamy avocado ice-cream takes no time at all to make and it satisfies a sweet craving while also providing an excellent source of Vitamin E and C plus healthy fats needed for healthy supple skin.

1 Avocado
1 cup Raspberries (frozen)
½ Banana (small, frozen)
3 tbsps Organic Coconut Milk (full fat, from the can)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup or Manuka honey

Method

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
