Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, mashed with a fork ½ cup coconut sugar Flax ‘egg’ (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water) 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract ½ cup cacao powder ⅓ cup oat flour ½ tsp baking soda Pinch Salt ¼ cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped 50g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
