Gochujang Hash W Creamy Avo

Ingredients

Creamy avo:
1 GEM Avocado
1 lime, juice
1 large garlic clove, crushed
1 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
2 tbsp creme fraiche (optional)

Hash brown Ingredients:
4 agria potatoes (approx 500g)
2 tsp gochujang
1 tsp white miso / or miso
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Oil for frying
2 tbsp butter

To serve:
Fried shallots
Handful coriander chopped
