Dukkah, Avo & Chilli oil on Toast

If you haven’t heard of Dukkah, well then you are welcome. Once you have tried this combo you will be wanting it on everything! A quick addition to avo on toast that will make your taste buds love you for it.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds, roasted
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, roasted
1/4 cup sesame seeds, roasted
2 tbsp coriander seed, roasted
1 tbsp cumin seed, roasted
1 tsp fennel seed, roasted
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
1 avocado
Chilli oil – we use Lucky Lucky Noodle. LinkΒ here
Toast or Sourdough – our favs are Vogels or Better Bread!

Method:
For Dukkah, blend all together in a food processor until desired consistency achieved. Don’t over blend as it will turn into butter!

Toast bread & lather with half an avo. Use butter first if you want a more rich taste. Sprinkle on desired amount of Dukkah and top with some dollops of chilli oil.
