Serves 8-10
Ingredients
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
3 ripe GEM avocados
¾ cup roughly chopped coriander leaves
¼ red onion, finely diced
5 pickled jalapenos, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons The Avo Tree Avo Honey
1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 generous pinch sea salt
Corn chips to serve
In a small frypan over a medium heat, dry fry the cumin seeds for a few minutes until aromatic and toasted.
In a medium sized bowl, mash the avocado with the back of a fork.
Add the remaining guacamole ingredients to the bowl, along with the cumin seeds and stir to combine. Add extra hot sauce if you like it spicy.
Season to taste then serve with your favourite corn chips.
