Ingredients
200g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
2 ripe avocados
1/3 cup milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Pinch of sea salt
To serve
Fresh raspberries or blackberries
Method
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth and glossy. Spoon into 4 glasses and top with fresh berries.
