Avocado & Cashew Chocolate Thick Shake

Who doesn’t love a healthy sweet treat? This creamy thick shake is the perfect summer snack with a easy source of good fats & protein. Vegetarian and vegan its great for anyone who is lactose intolerant too. Sip it back on sunny day or as a light dessert – Add a few cubes of ice to keep it chill!

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen bananas
1 cup oat or nut milk
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp cashew butter (or any other nut butter)
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
1/4 tsp salt

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into two cups and drink immediately.
