2 ripe avocados
1/4 onion finely chopped
1 jalapeno finely chopped (optional)
1/4 cup coriander finely chopped
1-2 teaspoons of lime juice
Salt to taste
1-2 tomato finely chopped
Peel the avocado and remove the seed. Mash the avocado in a bowl until it reaches your desired consistency. Add the onion, jalapeno, coriander and tomato and mix well. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
