Tropical Smoothie

Serves: 1 | Cook time: 5 minutes

Creamy avo:

1⁄4 large avocado
1 banana
1⁄2 cup pineapple
handful of kale or baby spinach
3⁄4 cup coconut water
1⁄4 cup coconut yogurt
1⁄2 lime juice
5 ice cubes
coconut flakes to garnish

Tropical Smoothie

Method

Add all ingredients into a blender.

Used extra yogurt to smear around the wall of the glass. Pour smoothie into glass and top with coconut flakes.
