2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
250 grams halloumi cheese
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon runny honey, plus extra to serve
8 slices sourdough bread
1 clove garlic
1 ripe GEM avocado, sliced
Sea salt
Cracked pepper
